The Dynamic Spiral Yoga is an invigorating yang form of Dynamic asana sequences involving explorative circular movements and spiral movement patterns inspired by martial arts and Qigong . This practice strengthens the whole Myofascial and cardiorespiratory systems, optimizing chi energy in the process. Dynamic Spiral Yoga is a graceful series, with a yin energetic quality of movement leading into the yang dynamic spiral sequence, which works directly loosening the joints and fascia and strengthening the muscles.

Yin Fascial Yoga is an in depth study of traditional Yin Yoga, in which the main focus is on removing emotional and physical residual tensions stored in the Myofascial tissues. Applying long held postures combined with slow mindful spontaneous movements makes this unique practice an effective Trauma Release strategy. This blend of those powerful techniques of Yin yoga, Myofascial Release, DaoYin and Mindfulness is an invitation to come back to the felt sense, what is to be truly in the body!

This Yin Fascial Yoga training combines both aspects of the practice and studies of the physical and subtle body studies in a Yin Yoga perspective aiming a release of the held Trauma on the fascial tissues.

An investigation into the physical body incorporating the Myofascial matrix as a framework for our research into Yin Fascial Yoga, taking us deep into releasing our psycho somatic imprints caused by traumatic events throughout our lifetime. And into the Subtle body study and practice of the Chakras and meridians system applied to Yin yoga. More often experienced as emotions, thoughts and sometimes seen and felt as the Auric field. This course also attracts practitioners and yoga teachers who are interested in learning or expanding their knowledge of the energetic body.

This will be a challenging  journey deep within, to move beyond your self-limiting beliefs and stories that hold you back from moving forward with your intentions and dreams. This is a physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually demanding experience. It is both intense and soft. Expect to bend, sweat, ache, collapse, stand up, strengthen, open, cry and giggle. Expect also to move deeper into your relationship with the core nature of who you are to connect with your authentic self and to learn how to spread the teachings of yoga from that place.
Fascial Trauma compromises the freedom of movement and expression in the physical body, causing dissociation; stopping one to live fully in the present moment. By uncovering, revealing and releasing the stagnations we can bring the body to it’s full potential.
