5 x 100 Hour Trainings covers Dynamic Spiral & Yin Fascial yoga sequences, applied Myofascial Release, Mindfulness, 5 elements system, Daoism, Qigong, applied anatomy , Subtle body anatomy, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, 8 Limbs of Patanjali, and Vital Essence breath work sessions.
200 Hour Foundation Program. Composed of 2x 100 hour Trainings
Part 1. 100 hours Training in The Core of Traditional Yoga. Which Is a mandatory foundational training in The study and practice of Hatha Yoga Pradipika (The Bible of Hatha Yoga), 8 Limbs of Patanjali (The 8 Steps leading to Liberation), Essential applied Anatomy. Which is the essential foundation for all the other Trainings.
Part 2. 100 hours training in Dynamic Spiral Yoga which is an invigorating yang form of asana sequences, based on Astanga Vinyasa Yoga, Qigong and Dance. Inspired by circular movement patterns. Optimising Life-force energy in the whole Body system. Dynamic Spiral Yoga is a graceful practice with a fluid energetic quality, which works directly to open and strengthen the joints, fascia, connective tissues, muscular and cardio-respiratory system.
300 Hour Advanced Program. Composed of 3x 100 hour trainings of Yin Fascial Yoga
Part 1. 100 hours training in the Structural body is a study and practice of the yoga postures and structural awareness.
Part 2. 100 hours training in the Subtle body is a study and practice of the Chakras and meridians system applied to Yin yoga.
Part 3. 100 hours training in Mindfulness is a study and practice of our relationship to presence and awareness applied to Yin yoga.
