The Dynamic Spiral Yoga is an invigorating yang form of Dynamic asana sequences involving explorative circular movements and spiral movement patterns inspired by martial arts and Qigong . This practice strengthens the whole Myofascial and cardiorespiratory systems, optimizing chi energy in the process. Dynamic Spiral Yoga is a graceful series, with a yin energetic quality of movement leading into the yang dynamic spiral sequence, which works directly loosening the joints and fascia and strengthening the muscles.

Yin Fascial Yoga is an in depth study of traditional Yin Yoga, in which the main focus is on removing emotional and physical residual tensions stored in the Myofascial tissues. Applying long held postures combined with slow mindful spontaneous movements makes this unique practice an effective Trauma Release strategy. This blend of those powerful techniques of Yin yoga, Myofascial Release, DaoYin and Mindfulness is an invitation to come back to the felt sense, what is to be truly in the body!

This program is a combination of two 100 hour Trainings.

What is the 100 hour Yin Fascial Yoga TTC ?

This Yin Fascial Yoga training combines both aspects of the practice and studies of the physical and subtle body studies in a Yin Yoga perspective aiming a release of the held Trauma on the fascial tissues.

An investigation into the physical body incorporating the Myofascial matrix as a framework for our research into Yin Fascial Yoga, taking us deep into releasing our psycho somatic imprints caused by traumatic events throughout our lifetime. And into the Subtle body study and practice of the Chakras and meridians system applied to Yin yoga. More often experienced as emotions, thoughts and sometimes seen and felt as the Auric field. Qi and prana are two terms used in Daoism and Hinduism to refer to the Life Force energy that makes up the subtle body.

This program teaches healing practices and methodologies for those who are overcoming traumas, or psychic obstacles, as well as those working with trauma-afflicted clients. This course also attracts practitioners and yoga teachers who are interested in learning or expanding their knowledge of the energetic body.

This will be a challenging journey deep within, to move beyond your self-limiting beliefs and stories that hold you back from moving forward with your intentions and dreams. This is a physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually demanding experience. It is both intense and soft. Expect to bend, sweat, ache, collapse, stand up, strengthen, open, cry and giggle. Expect also to move deeper into your relationship with the core nature of who you are to connect with your authentic self and to learn how to spread the teachings of yoga from that place.
Fascial Trauma compromises the freedom of movement and expression in the physical body, causing dissociation; stopping one to live fully in the present moment. By uncovering, revealing and releasing the stagnations we can bring the body to it’s full potential.

The Dynamic Spiral Yoga Teacher Training has been developed by Beta Lisboa and Sai Calder and combines over forty years of study, practice and teaching to deliver a unique program which will give you a strong foundation for your practice and teaching.

Simon Calder

Sai has been involved in Eastern practices since the age of 5 where he was introduced to Judo and the elements of mindful practice in relation to body awareness and compassionate respect for others.

At 13 he was introduced to a Benedictine monk who introduced him to western spiritual sciences of ‘teilhard de chardin’, and other western esoteric enlightenment systems. At 17 he came to study with Master Choy a Daoist master from China. Who taught the Taoist perspective to life, mindfulness, Qigong and internal cultivation. From there going to art Collage and studying as a painter and Graphic Designer, running Art studios. Deciding to leave the Uk and be full time in Asia, Simon has been travelling and studying in India, Thailand, Nepal, Malaysia and Bali. Practicing with Shamans and Yogis in Nepal, Chinese Masters in Malaysia and Bali and Divine Yogis and Tantra teachers in India and Bali, for the last 13 years.

The culmination of these travels and practices has given a deeper understanding to the qualities and relationships to the connection between Mindfulness and the myofascial matrix, which is a profound passion to cultivate and share this incredible understanding through Yin Yoga, Qigong and Mindfulness. To produce a mind body understanding towards freedom through compassion

Jenny Sharada

Sharada has been dedicated to a life of yoga including the wisdom of Ayurveda for the past decade. She studied Odissi Indian classical dance and learned about the different archetypes of Hindu mythology, their meanings and stories. This devotional dance is a puja, a prayer, in itself. In 2009 she created a group of seven students from Bali and Lombok called “The Yoga Dance Dakini” . Together they danced all over Bali for two months in temples and sacred festivals, as well as at the popular Bali Spirit Festival. Today she still shares the jewels of this ancient practice in a prayerful authentic way during ceremoniesclasses and women’s devi circles .Seven years ago she met her revered teacher, Shree Swami Vagishananda Saraswati with whom she has lived and studied the teachings of Advaita Vedanta, Vedic mantra chanting, puja and Sanskrit language.
